Trevor Scelso

Co-Founder | Owner | CEO

Husband, Father, Real Estate Investor, Entrepreneur, Libertarian

Upon his separation from the United States Marine Corps, Trevor began working in the Las Vegas Hospitality Industry. Then through his education and experience, Trevor set his sights on Real Estate, first working as a loan officer, expanding his knowledge and understanding of real estate as a powerful investment strategy, paving the way to the entrepreneur he is today.

Trevor began personally investing in short term rentals in December 2020. Within 18 months, he had acquired three properties ranging from $250k-1.1m. During that time, Trevor learned the need for a STR management company with hospitality and marketing know-how, coupled with strong, traditional single-family property management skills, to take care of the underlying real estate asset as well as the nuances of vacation rentals (ie. turnovers, repair and maintenance coordination, etc). Not only that, this service needed to be provided without eating up so much revenue that the property owner can make money as well–something that seemed incredibly absent in the industry. That’s when Trevor founded a company to do just that–or rather, Trevor put together a team of exceptional individuals and gave the organization a name!

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist turned entrepreneur, Alexis brings a compassionate and analytical approach to the world of short-term rental. Previously the Program Director of an inpatient detox center, Alexis now utilizes her skills in management, systems, and organizational structure to craft a business approach that prioritizes empathy, understanding, and proactive problem-solving. Her attention to detail and unique skill set enables her to navigate the complexities of the real estate market with confidence, making strategic decisions that benefit both property owners and guests alike.

Gina is a dedicated & experienced professional with a diverse background in the hospitality industry. From experience as a 9-1-1 Dispatcher & Licensed Massage Therapist working in the Las Vegas Hospitality Industry, over the past two decades, Gina has developed a unique skill set that combines exceptional customer service & crisis management! Her commitment to creating memorable experiences for our guests goes beyond the ordinary, as she strives to exceed expectations in all aspects. Whether it’s anticipating and meeting the unique needs of each guest or proactively addressing any challenges that may arise, Gina’s dedication shines through.

Cody Nielsen

Owner | Director of Revenue

Husband, Father, Entrepreneur, Real Estate Investor, Veteran

Cody specializes in competitive pricing and listing optimization. With a strong background in underwriting and market analysis, Cody excels at identifying opportunities to reach target occupancy and ADR, thus maximizing revenue.

Cody holds two undergraduate degrees from University of Nevada, Las Vegas, specializing in Entrepreneurship, Real Estate & Urban Economics. Prior to his academic pursuits, Cody served four years in the United States Marine Corps and is now a proud combat veteran. Following his military service, Cody relocated to Las Vegas to further his education, learned his passion, and embarked on a career in real estate. Along that journey, during his tenure as a Project Manager at 24th Street Asset Management, he successfully managed two distinct 506(c) funds focused on value-add commercial real estate and hard money lending to deliver outsized returns to investors, developing and perfecting his strengths in underwriting and market analysis, critical to his role with FIBI Vacation Rentals today.

With a degree in Information Technology from the Philippines, Fernando Eryl Comcom brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role at FIBI. As an Integrator, Fernando specializes in harmonizing and optimizing various business processes to ensure seamless operations and strategic alignment across the organization.

Fernando’s professional journey is rooted in the oil and gas industry, where he has amassed six years of diverse experience. His career began as an Administrative Assistant in Saudi Arabia, a role in which he honed his problem-solving and optimization skills, setting the foundation for his future endeavors.

Beyond his professional achievements, Fernando is a passionate sports enthusiast and a dedicated family man. As a proud father of two boys, he values the balance between his career and personal life, continuously striving to be a positive role model both at work and at home.
