We also review their online reputation, checking public reviews and requesting Airbnb listings they currently service so we can audit the actual guest cleaning reviews. In some cases, we even identify high-performing cleaners by reviewing five-star cleaning reviews left on neighboring Airbnb properties near our own listings. All vendors must acknowledge our expectations and agree to guarantee their cleans—meaning if a guest receives a refund due to a cleaning issue, we request a credit back from the cleaner. This guarantees accountability and alignment with our standards.. Once onboarded, vendors are trained on our brand standards and documentation requirements, and we maintain an ongoing relationship with each team to ensure they stay aligned with our quality expectations. This process allows us to build a reliable cleaning network across multiple states while maintaining our high standards for guest experience.—not micromanagement. That’s why we don’t use in-house cleaning teams.
